I like to try and cook / bake things that i like to eat. SSOOOOO today i tried Cinnamon melts. Although it cannot be compared to the ones in Macs BUTTT i tried and it was succesful.. hehe the bread is different . the sauce before putting into the microwave with the bread.
Morning glory with grapeseed oil is one of my fav dish, low-fat, healthy,and lots of fibre.
Went groceries shopping with mint and desen , is all healthy food, no snacks or fattening food.Well most are fruits and veg.
Desen says i look fat in this picture ,zzz so i must motivate myself even more to lose weight after looking at this photo lol!
I will try not to buy poultry and genetic modified food from now on, if we eat too much of these, we can be resistent to anti-biotics ,as the substances will accumulate in our body . After watching a documentary about FOOD ENGINEERING, i learn alot and therefore i think i will try to eat less meat,GM food, and eat more organic food instead. After all i love my body and i want to take care of it well. And do you know that eating less poultry can actually contribute in helping our dear earth from global warming? Go google it! You will learn more! The documentary is really interesting , they even show how chicks are being injected, so that they can grow faster and bigger and therefore we, humans, can have more BREAST meat.And the farmers can earn more money in a short period of time. But poor chickens, some died even before they are being slaughtered, because they couldnt support their body mass , and after taking a few steps they fall . So readers pls save our world now , looking at the number of natural disasters happening just within ONE MONTH ... Let us live longer and safer and less stressful.Take care of your health , choose organic, and i am sure if more consumers prefer organic, the market will definitely change to the organic farms , and less humans will die, and we can all have good quality, safe and healthy food everyday. HELLO! I am so into photography and arts nowadays, i think pictures can actually convey msgs to ppl . LOVE ARTS! Today school was quite fun! I was in Human Factor class and the lecturer showed us a movie clip about the crash of Flight 111 , all the passengers and the cabin crew were dead, and it took more than 3 yrs to investigate the cause of the crash. I dont know why some people can sleep during the movie, i was so curious to know why and how it happened and what cause the crash, i feel sad for the ppl whose love ones were in that plane and the many lives that lost during the crash. And the reason for the crash? The wires caught fire because it was covered with a flammable material. When the pilot realise there was a fire, it was too late because the fire was too big and toxic gases can cause him to be paralysed. It was late at night and it is possible that the pilot couldnt see where to land, therefore the plane crashed into the sea . In the movie the aviation authority said that even Today, many airlines refuses to change the flammable material that was used to cover the wires to a non-flammable material. Therefore my purpose of this blog post , is to tell everyone out there that, it is not 100% safe to fly with any airlines. You might never know you are the next one on the flight 111. Treasure your life and be happy:)

Hello readers!! My blog will be alive again! because i just got my laptop:) School started and i hope this semester i could get a GPA of 3 at least:) Last week went to watch danceworks finals and really happy to hear that my bro's dance got 1st and i am really proud of him . Alright i ll stop here , need to start some revision.

Hello readers!! Time for me to update!! I'M HAVING THE BEST WEEK EVER!!! Firstly, got my new phone latest blackberry bold 9700!My friends are telling me to buy iphone but seriously i just dont like touch screen, and bb looks more professional for ladies i guess hehe.Secondly, i ordered my laptop from school, its acer aspire sth, its really good for the price that i'm getting . Its thin and light too. Cant wait for it to be delivered to my hse!!Thirdly, I met my long lost friends, amarylis and yunwei, and we went vivo to catch a movie on fri, yunwei stay over at my house and we learned reggae and hip hop from the dance instructor Zen, cool guy.On saturday i went prawning with desen , melinda and estella and we manage to eat about 15 prawns hehe. On sunday, amarylis and yunwei came my house and we baked chocolate cookies,mint baked an awesome apple pie! Today monday, went DBS bank in the morning and headed to west mall M1 to get my phone. There was this 3 M1 friends numbers that i was suppose to put in, so i decided to give jian ee's and charlotte's YOU GUYS BETTER DONT CHANGE YOUR NUMBER! I LL KILL U! LOL!
