Hello ppl!! Todays post will be all about me! I just put on my braces a few weeks ago! I extracted 4 tooth!!! It was so painful the first few days, i wanted to take my braces off! But i endure the pain, i can hardly even eat my food! Was quite terrible!! Now i'm feeling more like i wasnt wearing anything at all. Its quite comfortable now, i'll be blogging more often about my braces and post pictures so when i took it off i can refer back to what i've gone through hehe. For those who are going to put braces you have to be very caution about what kind of food u eat, i try to be more careful now , i heard from one of my friend, he said his friend tooth came off after biting on an apple. I blush my teeth after every meal , i dont floss but i use bristles, hmm i dont know if we need to floss because the doctor didnt tell me about it but i watch youtube videos they said u need to floss too. I also use mouth wash , the nurse at the clinic gave me a small bottle of mouth wash when i ask from her. hmm i think that should be all, oh n i also use 2 kinds of toothpaste, one is with salt n the other is to prevent sensitivity. It depends on how you take care of your teeth , some people they just rinse their mouth with water after every meal, but i would prefer to brush my teeth. Hahaha alright i shall stop here! I still think i look weird with braces lol! ESP when i pronounce my F lol!

On Wed last week was charlotte's bday!! HAPPY BDAY ONCE AGAIN! Her bf Cardus is sooo sweet !!! She is so lucky and i hope they will last really long!! happy for them! I'll end here !! goodnight!
